Turkish Commercial Code – Web Site Regulations

Established public companies should publish the web site and obligatory information within 3 months from the date of registration of the trade registry.
For the publication of information required by the law companies should allocate a certain part of the web sites. The companies can host the website to fulfill the commitments of the regulation, or they may agree with service providers such as Central Database Service providers to fulfill the requirements. The company MERSİS number, trade name, center, with the amount of the capital paid, corporate executives need to publish the names and surnames on the web site constantly. The compliance with the regulation of private companies hosting their own web site or Central Database Service Providers will be annually audited by independent auditors.
